These are the FOUR methods we use to ensure safe and reliable deliveries

Depending on your delivery address, you’ll be offered different options at checkout. This will also take into account the weight – bear in mind that some of our deliveries can weigh quite a bit – so not all of the options below will be available on every order. If you wish to order a large amount outside of London/Surrey, we can send it via pallet, but you have to contact us directly for this option.

How it works

When you place an order, the total weight will be calculated as you add items.

At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your delivery address and the available shipping options will be presented to you then.

Please note: You can calculate shipping at any time from your Shopping Basket.

What happens to your order ?

Once payment has been made, your order will be processed the same day if received before 12pm Monday – Friday (or the next day otherwise).

If any items are on backorder, this will be shown in your basket and confirmation email. Backordered products are delivered together once they arrive, which may delay your whole order.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the delivery details

Can you deliver to Europe and Worldwide ?

We can deliver Worldwide!

Is there a charge for delivery ?

London and (most of) Surrey delivery options:

less than £25 – Third party courier fees apply and your order re-packaged

over £25 – Delivery is £12.50
over £35 – Delivery is £8.50
over £50 – Delivery is £5.00

All other delivery costs will vary according to weight and delivery address, and you can calculate these from your Shopping Basket or at Checkout.

When will my order be delivered ?

Please bear in mind that a lot of our products are glass bottles and these need particular care in packaging and handling; so we take the time to make sure your order is perfect when it arrives.

Having said that, we usually deliver within our estimates 🙂

NB: Where ‘working days’ is referenced this means that deliveries take place Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

The tabs below will give you an idea of when you can expect your delivery according to the options and where you are.

If your delivery address is within the London Postcode Area, we can deliver on our own van, with an aim to ship out on the next working day with a delivery window of 1-4 working days or usually within 3-5 working days for areas outside of Central London (Backorder/Pre-Order items may have an extended delay in fulfilment of orders – this is notified in the basket/confirmation email).

Please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday.

You can also use UPS Access Point if your order is within a certain weight.

…we will deliver using our own vehicles usually between 3-7 working days.

You can also use UPS Access Point if your order is within a certain weight.

The rest of the UK (ie NOT London Postcodes and NOT the ‘Near London’ Postcodes are usually 3-7 working days by our specialist couriers. These are delivered in secure protective Air-Pak packaging to minimise potential damage.

Some areas have a courier surcharge eg Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands.

Once you receive a notification of delivery from UPS, please do leave any special instructions using the My Choice portal (here).

You can also use UPS Access Point if you wish to collect your parcels at your convenience – this can also be communicated via the My Choice portal (here).

We’ve two options for Europe.

Depending on weight, you may be able to use UPS Access Point to store your delivery until you are ready to collect, or if your orders exceed their weight limits, we have UPS Economy Shipping to rely on.

Once you receive a notification of delivery from UPS, please do leave any special instructions using the My Choice portal (here).

From the 1st of January 2021 deliveries to the European Union may be liable to pay import duties and/or additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and so we do not cover these charges on your behalf.

If you are in any doubts over what charges may be payable, we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

If you prevent delivery of the goods by, (for example) failing to supply the courier or your local customs office with necessary information, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees, your package will be returned to Aqua Amore. A refund will be credited within 30 days, minus any additional delivery charges incurred for returning the product back.

What is meant by 'Working Days'?

We always aim to deliver at promptly as possible. Where ‘working days’ is referenced this means that deliveries take place Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

What is meant by 'In our warehouse soon'?

If a product states ‘In our warehouse soon’ in the basket, it means that they are awaiting replenishment from the producer/supply and a delivery date has been scheduled for their arrival in our warehouse.

The entire order is dispatched together upon arrival.

 

How does UPS Access Point work ?

UPS Access Point currently available only as a My Choice option.

UPS Access Point™ can be used for single package deliveries up to 20kg, as an option on the My Choice Portal (here).

This method provides a convenient ‘pick-up point’ for you so you don’t have to worry about missing deliveries

Can I raise an order for collection?

Yes – orders of £60+ can be collected. Please place your order online and email [email protected] for a refund of your shipping fees. Once this has been paid for, collections can be made from our warehouse in Croydon (CR0 postcode area)

Do you collect empty bottles/units?

Unfortunately we are unable to collect empty bottles for health and safety reasons. However, at the foot of each Order Confirmation email there is a link which assists you to locate your local recycling centre (here), should your local council not collect that particular form of packaging.

Can Air Shock bottle packs be recycled?

Yes, the air shock bags can be recycled at many nearby recycling centres (here), should your local council not collect that particular form of packaging. The Air Shock bottle packs are made from ‘4’ LDPE plastics and we encourage all customers to recycle the packs once deflated.
